Welcome to Mike Okun Photography! Mike's father, an accomplished artist and designer brought Mike his first camera when he was just 7 years old. The camera was a Kodak 110 film point and shoot. Mike started taking pictures and a passion for photography started to grow, and now nearly 35 years later Mike still loves to take pictures! His style has changed somewhat over the years but one thing has stayed constant and that's his love for textures, and old things. A lot of Mike's photos focus on abandoned, dilapidated, rusty, crumbling and "thrown away" items, architecture and vehicles. Mike also loves to photograph architectural details, flora and also does some creative portraiture.
